The WoodSongs email newsletter is sent free (usually on the Thursday prior to the Monday taping) to all fans of the show who want to keep up-to-date on artist appearances and more.

a) Helps fans in the region of the Kentucky Theater know who is appearing that coming Monday, and
b) Helps fans worldwide be alerted to a show they can watch live online that Monday evening.
