Ronny Cox  Lonesome County 
RONNY COX started out as a musician, but is also one of the most respected and sought after actors in Hollywood. Since his debut in the classic movie "Deliverance," where he played guitar in the famous Dueling Banjos scene, Ronny has appeared in over 50 films, including "Beverly Hills Cop," "Bound for Glory," "Robocop" and "Total Recall," as well as numerous TV series. In the past few years Ronny has concentrated on his music. His latest album is Ronny Cox: Songs…with Repercussions. The music is eclectic, funny, touching - and always compelling. They showcase an original, sophisticated lyric-driven folky sound., LONESOME COUNTY is a hard-drivin’ traditional bluegrass band that is gaining steam on a national level. Formed in 2002 and based in Michigan, they have been hailed as one of the most diverse and powerful bluegrass bands in the Midwest. With soaring vocals and instrumental virtuosity second to none, they have been making fans and followers everywhere they play. In 2006, the band proved you don’t have to be from Kentucky to play great bluegrass by winning the Renfro Valley Bluegrass Talent Contest. Lonesome County’s latest CD is a self-titled release.
